Privacy Policy
World Patch Puzzle (the “Game”) is provided by Chilchilwa (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information is handled when you use the Game on iOS, why it is handled, the third parties involved, and the choices available to you.
Overview
The current Game uses Unity LevelPlay mediation (including the ironSource SDK and the Unity Ads network), Unity Analytics, and AppsFlyer. The current build does not include Firebase, Google AdMob, or Google User Messaging Platform (UMP).
The Game does not provide user accounts, multiplayer, cloud save, or a Chilchilwa server that stores player profiles. We do not ask you to provide your name, email address, contacts, photos, precise location, payment information, or account credentials through the Game. The advertising, analytics, and attribution services listed below may automatically process device, app, usage, advertising, and network information.
Information Handled by the Game and Its Service Providers
- Game and analytics activity: app installs and sessions; screens viewed; tutorial, level, region, hint, undo, reset, save, and resume events; stars and hint counts; rewarded-ad completion; and impression-level ad-revenue information. Unity Analytics receives these events only after analytics consent is enabled in the Game.
- Device, app, and network information: app version, operating-system version, device model, language, IP address, approximate country or region inferred from network information, SDK-generated identifiers, and other technical information needed to operate, secure, and measure the services.
- Advertising information: ad requests, ads displayed, impressions, clicks, ad format, placement, advertising network, rewarded-ad completion, revenue, fraud-prevention signals, consent status, and an advertising identifier such as IDFA when Apple permits access and you authorize tracking.
- Attribution information: install source, channel, advertising network, campaign, ad-group or creative identifiers, campaign name or type, campaign cost and currency when provided by an advertising partner, and app-open or session information. AppsFlyer uses this information to measure acquisition and advertising performance.
- Local game data: progress, stars, coins, stored Hints, current-session snapshots, language, audio, haptics, UI scale, and consent settings are stored on your device using Unity PlayerPrefs. This local save data is not a cloud-save service, although selected gameplay facts may separately appear in the analytics events described above.
How We Use Information
We and our service providers use the information described above to:
- operate, maintain, and improve the Game;
- understand gameplay, engagement, and product performance;
- deliver, limit the frequency of, secure, and measure advertising;
- provide earned rewarded-ad benefits;
- attribute installs and sessions to acquisition campaigns;
- measure advertising revenue and campaign effectiveness;
- detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.
Depending on your location and the purpose involved, processing may rely on your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Game, performance of the service you request, or compliance with law. Where consent is required, you may withhold or withdraw it as described below.
Consent and iOS Permissions
-
During the launch splash, the Game may initialize Unity LevelPlay with its GDPR
consent signal set to
false. This permits the advertising service to initialize conservatively before the in-game notice has been accepted. - Before entering the main game flow for the first time, the Game presents a Privacy Policy & Terms notice. Pressing Continue records acceptance on the device, updates the LevelPlay consent signal, grants the Unity Analytics consent state, and allows AppsFlyer to initialize.
- AppsFlyer starts its SDK session only after the iOS App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission flow completes or times out. The Game configures AppsFlyer to disable consent for ads personalization while allowing the data usage and storage needed for attribution after the in-game notice is accepted.
- Apple controls access to IDFA through ATT. Denying ATT authorization does not prevent you from playing the Game, although ads may be contextual, non-personalized, or otherwise limited and campaign measurement may be less precise.
- The current Settings screen links to this Privacy Policy but does not provide a separate in-app Analytics or attribution switch.
Third-Party Services and Disclosure
Information may be disclosed to or processed by the following providers solely for the purposes described in this Policy and under their applicable agreements and policies:
- Unity LevelPlay, ironSource, and Unity Ads: advertising mediation, ad delivery, measurement, frequency limiting, reward verification, security, and fraud prevention. See Unity’s Game Player and App User Privacy Policy and LevelPlay Legal Resources.
- Unity Analytics: product analytics, gameplay measurement, and event reporting. See Unity’s Game Player and App User Privacy Policy and Analytics privacy information.
- AppsFlyer: mobile attribution, campaign measurement, fraud prevention, selected conversion-event reporting, and ad-revenue attribution. See the AppsFlyer Services Privacy Policy.
- Authorities or transaction participants: information may be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of the Game, subject to applicable safeguards.
We do not independently sell personal information for money. Advertising and measurement providers may process or disclose identifiers and related information for advertising, measurement, security, and fraud-prevention purposes. In some jurisdictions, certain advertising disclosures may be considered “sharing,” targeted advertising, or a “sale” under local law even when no money is exchanged.
Retention and Deletion
Local gameplay progress and settings remain on your device until you delete the Game or clear its data. Third-party providers retain information according to their service settings, contracts, and published retention practices. Unity states that raw Unity Analytics event data is generally retained for 13 months, while certain metrics and player profiles may remain until a deletion request. AppsFlyer states that it generally does not retain end-user data for more than 24 months unless otherwise directed or permitted by law.
You may request access to or deletion of information associated with the Game by contacting us. We may need information sufficient to locate the relevant provider record, and we will forward or facilitate valid requests where the provider acts on our behalf. Deleting the Game removes its locally stored progress and settings but does not by itself delete data already processed by third-party services.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of personal information; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority.
- You can deny or later change ATT permission in iOS Settings.
- You can use applicable device or platform controls to limit tracking or personalized advertising. Ads may still be shown without tracking authorization.
- You can delete the Game to remove locally stored gameplay progress and settings.
- You can contact us to withdraw analytics or attribution consent and to submit an access, deletion, correction, or other privacy request.
- Where a provider offers its own privacy or opt-out mechanism, you may also use the links in the Third-Party Services and Disclosure section.
International Processing
Unity, AppsFlyer, and advertising partners may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. The providers describe the safeguards they use for international transfers in their respective privacy policies and data-processing terms.
Children
The Game is not directed to children under 13 or under the higher minimum age required in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in that age group. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Game, contact us so that we can investigate and request deletion where appropriate.
Security
We and our service providers use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, its service providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised Policy with a new “Last updated” date and, where required, provide additional notice or request renewed consent.
Contact Us
For privacy questions or requests, contact Chilchilwa at trinhtuoi.vn@gmail.com.Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your download, installation, access to, and use of World Patch Puzzle, provided by Chilchilwa. By using the Game, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
Eligibility
The Game is not directed to children under 13 or under the higher minimum age required in their jurisdiction. If you have not reached the age at which you can enter into these Terms on your own, you may use the Game only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.
License to Use the Game
Subject to these Terms, Chilchilwa grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to download and use the Game on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment and as permitted by Apple’s applicable usage rules. The Game is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Advertising, Analytics, and Privacy
The Game is supported by advertising and uses Unity LevelPlay mediation, including the ironSource SDK and the Unity Ads network. Where allowed by law and your device and consent settings, advertising may use identifiers or related information for personalization, delivery, measurement, frequency limiting, security, and fraud prevention.
The Game also uses Unity Analytics to understand gameplay and product performance and AppsFlyer to measure acquisition attribution, selected conversion events, and advertising revenue. The current build does not include Firebase, Google AdMob, or Google UMP. Details about information handling, service timing, retention, and your choices are provided in the Privacy Policy.
You are not required to authorize Apple tracking to play the Game. Where Apple or applicable law requires permission, the Game requests it through the relevant notice or system prompt. Declining permission may change the type of advertising available or reduce measurement accuracy but does not remove access to the Game’s core gameplay.
Virtual Items and Rewards
The Game may provide virtual progress, stars, coins, Hints, or rewarded-ad benefits. These items are part of the Game license, have no cash or real-world value, are not property, and cannot be sold, transferred, redeemed, or exchanged outside the Game. We may adjust virtual items or progression when reasonably necessary to operate, balance, secure, or update the Game. The current Game does not offer purchases of virtual items for real money.
Acceptable Use
You must not:
- copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Game or any part of it except where applicable law expressly permits;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, bypass, or attempt to derive source code, security mechanisms, or non-public data, except where applicable law does not allow this restriction;
- cheat, automate play, manipulate rewards or advertising, interfere with normal operation, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access;
- remove or alter copyright, trademark, attribution, or proprietary notices; or
- use the Game in violation of applicable law or the rights of another person.
Intellectual Property
The Game, including its software, gameplay systems, artwork, audio, text, design, trademarks, and other content, is owned by or licensed to Chilchilwa and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Game or its content to you.
Third-Party Services and Terms
The Game relies on third-party platforms and services, including Apple, Unity, ironSource, Unity Ads, and AppsFlyer. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by law, but this does not limit any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
Updates, Availability, and Termination
We may provide updates, fixes, balance changes, or feature changes and may suspend or discontinue some or all of the Game. We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or iOS version.
These Terms remain effective until terminated. You may terminate them by stopping use and deleting the Game. We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially breach these Terms, subject to applicable law. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the Game. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and Apple-specific terms—will survive.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, or accuracy. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some exclusions may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Chilchilwa and its licensors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Game. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including any mandatory consumer rights.
Apple-Specific Terms
These Terms are between you and Chilchilwa, not Apple. Chilchilwa, not Apple, is responsible for the Game, its content, maintenance and support, and addressing claims relating to the Game, including product-liability, legal-compliance, consumer-protection, and intellectual-property claims, except as otherwise required by law.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Game. If the Game fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund any purchase price paid for the Game where required by its rules; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation regarding the Game.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a United States government embargo and are not listed on a United States government prohibited or restricted-party list. Your use of the Game must comply with applicable third-party agreement terms, including the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Once you accept these Terms, Apple may enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the Game, its services, or legal requirements change. The revised Terms will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or request renewed acceptance. Your continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
